Alzheimer is not an illness, but it becomes
a way of life of the sufferer, involved in mental status, dementia which
turns over the life.
Such patients are unable to think rationally, creates frustration, confusion rate at its peak about anything, and becomes paranoid very quickly. Sometimes can show a flash of personality as it is used to be.

Experts agree that in the vast majority of
cases, Alzheimer's, like other common chronic conditions, probably develops as
a result of complex interactions among multiple factors, including.

o Environment.
o Lifestyle.
o Coexisting
medical conditions.
o High
blood pressure.
o Lack
of exercise.
o Genetic
mutation (~1%)

Current evidences suggest that eating can also help to protect the brain. It includes limiting the intake of sugar and saturated fats and making sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. To treat Alzheimer with food,

Pharmacological
Treatment Plan:
Drug
treatment for Alzheimer’s disease is important, but the benefits are small, and
drugs should only be one part of a person’s overall care.
ü Rivastigmine,
Donepezil (choline-esterase inhibitor) — for all stages of illness.
ü Galantamine— for mild to
moderate stage.
ü Memantine— for
moderate to severe stages.
ü Aricept is also treatment approved by
the FDA for all stages of Alzheimer’s disease;mild, moderate, and
severe. It is available as tablets to swallow or tablets to dissolve in
the mouth.
